ATA international Holdings is about thinking differently and being different.
Our motivation comes from some well know and lesser known people in history who were fearless and bold.
Choose a path less travelled and use your sense of adventure. Don’t assume things are the way they are and there is no use trying to change anything. Be bold and fearless and defy common assumptions to change things for the better.
If you are in a comfort zone and are doing good work, the reality is you are not going to achieve exceptional things. Ground breaking work does not come from being comfortable. To change the world, you need to act differently and be fearless.
Remember to look outside your norm and forge new and exciting partnerships.
“Embrace and invest in diversity.”
ATA International Holdings is on path of thinking differently, creating change and stepping out of our comfort zone.
Please join us on this journey.

HELIDECK INSPECTION AWARENESS TRAINING (HIAT)
This 2-day course provided the delegates with a comprehensive and in-depth insight into the legal and practical intricacies of offshore helideck operation.
This training is recognised by all major oil and gas exploration companies operating offshore and provides an effective inspection regime with associated legal and insurance coverage.
It has become evident that Helideck Inspection Awareness Training is not only critical to the Helideck inspection approval process but also to each crew member operating offshore, as in the final analysis the crew members, or specifically the pilot-in-command. He or she will have final responsibility for ensuring that the Helicopter Landing Site or Helideck is fit for purpose – this is not viable without formal awareness training.
Other persons or agencies with an interest in Helideck Standards (e.g. national civil aviation authorities, governmental health and safety executives, offshore oil and gas representative organisations) should also consider the formal training process.
Due to the constant changes, refresher training should take place at two yearly intervals refresher course requirement is covered in one day.
Advanced Life Support Training
ATA International recently successfully completed Advanced Life Support Training for 24 African delegates.
Training that took place covered the following:
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
- Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- International Trauma Life Support (ITLS)
Our instructor embarked on a lengthy journey that was coordinated and managed by ATA International with the support of our client for all in country logistics.
The training contributes to the organisation but also has far reaching positive results, as the employees are then able to share their updated knowledge and skills gained with other colleagues and improved on their patient care and outcomes.
As a value-added benefit, observers from the local Angolan hospitals were allowed the opportunity to attend the courses and benefit from information that was shared during the training.
